Sandy organized beach is a 2-minute walk. The villa is ideal for families with children, big companies.

The villa consists of 3 levels. The total living area is 280 sq.m.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with furniture and a dining table. The living room with panoramic sea views has direct access to the furnished terrace and pool. At the same level there is a fully equipped kitchen.
On the upper level there are 2 bedrooms (master bedroom with a double bed, access to the veranda with sea view, second bedroom with two single beds, windows with sea view), bathroom with shower.
On the lower level there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, laundry room, storage rooms.
