A beautiful three-story villa with a swimming pool is located 40 km from the center of Athens, no more than 5 min walk from a small sandy and pebble beach. At 700 m there is another beach – sandy, organized, and at a distance of 1 km – the famous organized sandy beach of Anavissos.
